There’s been a lot of exciting things happening behind the scenes. We’ve written this statement in the spirit of full transparency, as we would like to update everyone with the latest developments.
So, let’s dive straight in — here’s what to expect from the new Den.
A new company was formed with our investors acquiring the assets, patents and other intellectual property of Den Automation Ltd. that was placed into voluntary liquidation.
By further developing and investing in our product, sales, and customer service teams, we aim to ensure every aspect of the new Den experience is both professional and practical. We’ve learned a lot through the recent challenges, and we’re now stronger and better equipped to provide the top-notch customer service and user experience that meets both your and our high standards.
Under the guidance of our new investors and turnaround experts, we’ve assembled a new team with experience in IoT, energy & sustainability, infrastructure, and smart home products.
Similarly, we’re excited to commence our development process for new hardware products, software solutions and ecosystem integrations.
Although the products had a temporary outage due to the suspension of cloud services, we’d like to confirm that all our services, including our Amazon Echo and Google Home integrations, are now up and running as usual since the new company was formed in February. We are actively monitoring these services.
